“The J&K government has chosen to execute the High Court request, where it pronounced the Jammu and Kashmir State Land (Vesting of Ownership to the Occupants) Act, 2001 as revised now and then as illegal, as opposed to law and unreasonable,” an official representative said.

Roshni Act all about and why
