West Jet to Terminate Non-Vaccinated Employees
Canada-based West Jet airlines; have asked all its employees to procure their COVID-19 vaccinations before September 30, 2021. Moreover, the One Corp-owned airlines have also said that the employees can face termination of employment if they are not fully vaccinated. Besides that, the company has also announced that it will only hire fully vaccinated individuals in the future. The announcement comes amid rising COVID-19 Delta variant cases in Canada. United Airlines has also asked its employees to complete their COVID-19 vaccinations before September 27, 2021. However, this airline company has come up with even stricter rules. The company said that it won’t consider any medical reasons for not getting vaccinated.
