The Rookie Season 3 is an upcoming ABC edition of the new police-procedural drama. The American TV industry has time in and time out given us some pretty daunting plots of criminals and the prosecutors. The police arc is really hot. That combined with ABC’s creation, this show naturally becomes a must-watch. The comedy-drama from the brain of Alexi Hawley has received a greater love. The show originally premiered on October 16, 2018.
The show revolves around a forty-five-year-old divorcee, John Nolan. A former construction company owner and police helping enthusiast officially goes to LA to pursue the career. After becoming a police officer in LAPD, he embarks on the uncertain journey of a police officer while juggling with his personal life The story is based on a real man, named Bill Norcross, who is also an executive producer of The Rookie.
What will The Rookie Season 3 be about?
The Oldest Rookie in LAPD, John Nolan, has achieved pretty high milestones in the show so far. Season two claimed chaotic energy like no other. However, the finale is the one that disturbs us to the core. We, along with Mr. Nolan, are standing at the cliffhanger, and we hate it up here. The Rookie is framed by his close friend and this made John Nolan lookout for all the shreds of evidence he can collect to clear his name. He started working to show that Nick Armstrong is working with Crime Boss Serj Darien. However, Nick being his mentor, was one step ahead. He, in turn, planted the evidence against him. Now, we have to see how John will come back stronger and what is it that is needed to break Nick’s facade.

As far as the release date is concerned, we finally have a say on it. Executive producer, Jon Steinberg took to Twitter to announce that the production is ongoing. So, the cast is back at work. We will likely see the season in January 2021.
