The Marvelous Mrs Maisel Season 4: Release Details
Yes, it is happening! The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel is coming back for another season. On December 12, 2019, Amazon released a press statement stating that The Marvelous Mrs Maisel Season 4 is officially greenlit.
Creators Amy Sherman-Palladino and Daniel Palladino said, “We were thrilled to hear that for the fourth time, we do not have to pack up and vacate the premises.”
They also conveyed their gratitude towards Amazon and thanked them for all their faith and support, their partnership, and their enthusiasm. They added that they were thankful to Amazon “for letting us hang with our favorite people, the cast and crew of Maisel, for a little while longer.”
The show also suffered due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic. In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the creators said that while they were ready to film, they were looking into the situations and making sure everyone is comfortable shooting before there is any vaccine.
Amazon has not announced any official release date but we do expect a mid-2021 release.

Rachel Brosnahan has struck a chord with everyone with her performance. Without her, the show won’t feel the same. She will be coming back to reprise her role as Midge aka Mrs. Maisel in The Marvelous Mrs Maisel Season 4.

The Marvelous Mrs Maisel Season 4: Potential Plot
The creators have confirmed that The Marvelous Mrs Maisel Season 4 will step into the ’60s. We see a little bit of the new decade at the end of Season 3 but this time it will be the whole deal.
In their interview with THR, the creators said, “We fucked [Midge] up pretty good at the end of [Season 3]. We’ve knocked her back a few times on the show. But that’s what show business is. It’s one step forward, two steps back—that’s the life of a comic. And let’s not forget, we’re still talking about a female comic in 1960. It’s hard enough for a female comic to get a toehold today, but forget about the ’60s when there were, like, four of them.”
Another major plot point would be Susie’s gambling problem for sure. It became even more of a bigger issue in the third season. Midge is still unaware of the issue and this is likely to be an issue between the duo. She also entrusts Joel with Midge’s money. She believes that she will make her a start but the money needs to be with Joel.
