As per a tipster, Realme’s forthcoming flagship series in India alluded to as Realme Race until this week could be launched as the Realme GT series. The tipster asserts that in India the moniker has been trademarked. A Realme mobile phone with the number RMX2202 was spotted in a TENAA outlining previously this week. It was thought that this smartphone was the Realme Race. Many believe that this might be another Realme GT name. According to the tipster, the upcoming mobile phone series will be introduced as the Realme GT series.
Well-known tipster Mukul Sharma shared an image. The image belongs to a trademark application for the Realme GT moniker. This suggests that the mobile phone will shortly be released in India. As per one more tipster, Realme GT, aka Realme Race, was spotted previously this week on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website. The mobile will, however, be released in China before marking its appearance in India.

The Realme smartphone was noticeable in photos visible on its TENAA listing spotted earlier. This was along with a ‘GT’ branding just to the bottom of the product. Sharma said, holding this and the moniker data in mind, that so far the smartphone referred to as ‘Race’ will be released as Realme GT.
The photos also display a rectangular camera visible at the rear of the phone, but the sensors on the camera really aren’t plainly apparent. However, the smartphone with a triple rear camera configuration displays a rendering of the Realme Race that had appeared online in December 2020. The images indicate that a blue color variant could be decided to offer for the smartphone.
Realme has announced the ‘Race’ will be part of the new smartphone series featuring the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC. The company said the mobile phone is set to be launched in India in 2021. In the past, the smartphone codenamed ‘Race’ also existed and was found on the website of the Eurasian Economic Commission (ECC).
With Realme UI 2.0 on top, it is projected to run on Android 11 out of the box. In addition, there is a high chance that it might come with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of in-built storage.
