Nokia 3.4 Soon Launching in India


Nokia 3.4 will be launching in India soon; the company has confirmed through a tweet. While Nokia mobile licensee HMD Global has confirmed that the phone will come to India, it did not share an exact release date.

Nokia has lived through different eras to share stories with people from different generations. Some of you recognise them with the candy bar style phones that were nearly unbreakable.

While some might recall its Lumia series running on the Windows Mobile platform. But over the past few years, we’ve got Nokia devices running on Android with a focus on varied buyers. This is where the Nokia 3.4 sits within its lineup.


The Nokia 5.4 was launched EUR 189 (roughly Rs. 16,900) for its base 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant, with 4GB+128GB and 6GB+64GB variants also launched alongside, as well as Dusk and Polar Night colour options. We can expect the pricing in India to be around the same.

Nokia 3.4 Camera and Design

Nokia 3.4 features a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display, with a screen resolution of 720 x 1520 pixels and a pixel density of 270ppi. Further, the smartphone comes has an aspect ratio of 19:9 along with a bezel-less punch-hole setup.

The device presents a Triple rear camera setup consisting of a 13MP Primary Lens accompanied by a 5MP and a 2MP Lens. The rear camera features are Continuous shooting, Exposure Compensation, High Dynamic Range mode, Face Detection, Touch to focus, Auto Flash, and Digital Zoom.


On the front, the smartphone has an 8MP selfie shooter capable of clicking pretty impressive self-portraits.

Battery and Processor

Nokia 3.4 comes powered by the octa-core Snapdragon 460 processor comprising 1.8GHz Cortex A73 Quad-core and 1.8GHz Cortex A53 Quad-core with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage that is further expandable up to 400GB via the microSD card slot. It features the Adreno 610 GPU for graphics processing and runs on the Android 10 operating system.

The device consists of a 4000mAh non-replaceable Li-ion battery which is equipped with fast charging technology.


Regarding connectivity, the smartphone offers Mobile Hotspot, 4GVoLTE, USB Type-C, Wi-Fi, USB Type-C, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0, and GPS with GLONASS.
