The MyGov Corona Helpdesk chatbot is available on WhatsApp only. You must be a member of the chat service to take advantage. To take advantage, you must first add the chatbot to your WhatsApp account. Follow these steps to enable the MyGov Corona Helpdesk chatbot vaccination feature:
- Save the number 9013151515 on your phone. You can also click on this link to open the chatbot.
- After saving the number, begin the conversation with ‘Namaste’ or ‘Hi’.
- You will receive a set of questions from the other side. It will also ask for your residential pin code. Fill in your pin code.
