On Wednesday, Mi QLED TV 4K was introduced – Xiaomi’s first QLED panel TV in India. The Android TV and PatchWall-powered Mi QLED TV 4K, featuring a 55-inch Ultra-HD screen, is also the most premium television series in the country yet, offering a step up over the current LED TV range. The new television has a 3840×2160 pixel UHD resolution and is only available in a single 55-inch size option, with HDR up to Dolby Vision support.
Price Of Mi QLED TV 4K In India:
The Mi QLED TV 4K, priced at Rs. 54,999, is the most luxurious 55-inch TV currently on sale from Xiaomi in India. For now, the Mi QLED TV 4K is available in just a single 55-inch size option compared to QLED TV offerings from brands like OnePlus and TCL, which are similarly priced at around or under the Rs. 60,000 mark. At this price, Xiaomi provides similar specifications and features to options such as the OnePlus TV Q1 and TCL 55C7155 at a similar or lower price.
On December 21, at 12 pm (noon) IST, it will go on sale in India via Flipkart, Mi.com, Mi Home stores, and other retail stores, including Vijay Sales.
Features And Specifications:
A 55-inch Ultra-HD (3840×2160-pixel) QLED screen is available on the TV, which supports various HDR formats, including HLG, HDR10, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision. The TV runs Android TV 10, which is one of the first big releases of Android TV to run the new edition of Android TV. This does not run the Google TV launcher as with Google TV on Chromecast but instead runs the stock Android TV launcher.
It is impressive on paper when it comes to specifications, with a MediaTek MT9611 quad-core processor running the interface. A six-speaker device consisting of four full-range drivers and two tweeters also has 2 GB of RAM, 32 GB of internal storage for applications and app files, and 30 W of sound output. As recently seen on the Mi TV 4A Horizon Model, the TV has Chromecast built-in, and also a fast wake feature.
On this TV, there are three HDMI ports and two USB ports; all three of the former are HDMI 2.1 with 60Hz refresh rate support at up to 4K resolution and a reported input lag of 5ms, which will be useful for gaming. It will also support Bluetooth 5 and HDMI eARC.
