Lucifer Season 5 Part 2: Release Date
Back in 2019, Netflix announced that Lucifer Season 5 will consist of two parts. The fifth season was also supposed to be the final season. But in June 2020, Netflix renewed the show for a sixth and final season.
Netflix said that Season 5 of Lucifer will consist of 16 episodes and each part will consist of 8 episodes. The first eight episodes aired on August 21, 2020.
Filming for Part 2 came to a halt due to the ongoing global Coronavirus pandemic. The team reunited in September to complete filming for the rest of Season 5.
I genuinely don't know how long it'll take yet, but I think everyone should prepare for it taking longer than they'd like — post is a lot of work and takes time! (definitely not December)
