A month ahead of Donald Trump stepping down from office, Ivanka Trump has commented on India and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Ivanka Trump is the daughter of Donald Trump and is also his senior advisor.
She recalled her trip to India in November 2017 in a tweet on November 30. During the 2017 trip, she led a high-powered US delegation to the Global Entrepreneur Summit in Hyderabad.
She was also the first member of the Trump family to make a trip to India after Trump came to power.
Ivanka Trump said that a strong India-US friendship in promoting global security, stability, and economic prosperity is more important than ever.
She tweeted, “Fond memories from the Global Entrepreneurship Summit in India with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.”
She also added, “As the world continues to battle COVID-19, our countries’ strong friendship in promoting global security, stability, and economic prosperity is more important than ever.”

Ivanka Trump also shared four pictures from the event in her tweet including that of the Prime Minister. President Trump, the First Lady, and their entire family have also expressed their special love and affection for India.
Ivanka Trump frequently tweets about India-related issues. Both Ivanka and her father, Donald Trump have often tweeted about the impact of Indian-Americans in battleground states.
The Trump Family Has Frequently Expressed Their Love For Indians And Indian-Americans
Donald Trump has also expressed his share of love for India. Self-described as the “best friend ever” of India and Indian-Americans in the White House, he responded to a question about the three important members of his family that are going to play this election cycle along concerning the Indian-American community.
These three important members were Kimberley, Donald Trump Jr., and Ivanka Trump. They are reportedly very popular among Indian-Americans.
Before the 2020 Presidential Elections, reporters asked Trump regarding his views with India. They asked if the three would be campaigning on his behalf among the Indian-Americans with his views on the India-US relationship.
“I appreciate the nice sentiments. They think (Kimberley, Don Jr, and Ivanka) a lot of India and so do I. And think a lot of your Prime Minister (Narendra Modi),” Donald Trump said in response to the question.

Donald Trump’s last trip to India was in February where he addressed a historic rally in Ahmedabad. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also joined him in addressing the rally. Ivanka Trump had also accompanied the president on his India trip.
