Bling Empire is an American reality television series released on Netflix on January 15, 2021. The series focuses on the lives of wealthy Asian and Asian-American socialites based in the Los Angeles area, described as real-life Crazy Rich Asians.
It is the first American reality television series in which the main cast are all East Asians living in the United States.

Is the Season 2 Confirmed by Netflix?
There hasn’t been any news regarding the renewal of the Bling Empire for another season. The show skyrocketed to Netflix’s top ten almost overnight. It would be unlikely for the show not to eventually do another season or 10. Selling Sunset is a prime example of Netflix’s popularity-based renewal system. And as we all know; Bling Empire is more popular than ‘Selling Sunset’.
Jeff Jenkins, who also produced Keeping Up with the Kardashians, sees a bright future ahead for Bling Empire. He told Town & Country, “We just celebrated 14 years of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
I would love to take this cast even further.” He added that “so much” has happened to the cast since the first season was filmed, which means there’s more ground to cover come next season.
Netflix’s pause on renewing Bling Empire is more than likely simply a matter of managing the chaos that is TV production during a pandemic. Some hopefuls say a season two could be upon us by early 2022.
Possible Plot for the new Season
We are still not sure what is going to happen in Season 2. Since it would be hard to impossible for the friends to party and get together in the same way they did pre-pandemic, some think there’s potential for a virtual season two that follows cast members as they quarantine with their families.
