His supporters on social media began wishing him a speedy recovery almost instantly. The actor was busy filming his upcoming film Mayday, which also stars Ajay Devgn and Rakul Preet Singh. Big B revealed his involvement with the Ajay Devgn-directed film last year, and he has been actively sharing updates from the Mumbai setting.
In July of last year, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, and Big B’s 9-year-old granddaughter revealed that they had contracted COVID-19. The family was admitted to Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai and remained there until they recovered. Throughout his time in the hospital, Amitabh Bachchan thanked his EF on a regular basis.
He thanked well-wishers for their constant prayers and encouragement at the time. “I have tested COVID -[ve], have been discharged. I am back home in solitary quarantine.
