Danielle Raynor is an anti-money laundering manager by day and a dynamic netballer by night!
The 32-year-old who usually plays Goal Shooter as a member of the Bermuda National netball team, is a member of the Phoenix Netball Club.
When asked why she loves the sport, Danielle tells Today In Bermuda, “It’s fun and keeps me fit! I also enjoy the opportunities it has given me and the people I have met along the way.”
During the 2016/2017 BNA Senior League, Danielle was top goal shooter. She was also ranked second in shooting stats during an overseas netball competition in the CallidusCloud 2015 US Open Netball America Championships.
Of the mark she wants to leave on the sport, Danielle says: “I hope that I leave a legacy as being remembered as an advocate for helping to drive positive change and growth of Netball on the island.
I also hope to be remembered as a true female athlete who conducted herself professionally and set a positive example on and off the court, and as being one of Bermuda’s top goal shooters.
The Bermuda National Netball Association salutes Danielle Raynor.
